Det \u00e4r s\u00e4llan som m\u00e4nniskor reagerar vid de f\u00f6rsta tecknen p\u00e5 ett depressivt hum\u00f6r. Men f\u00f6r miljontals m\u00e4nniskor verkar livet inte l\u00e4ngre vara v\u00e4rt att leva. Ayurveda erbjuder en omfattande f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r depressionens natur och dess orsaker. Dessutom \u00e4r de inte l\u00e4mpliga f\u00f6r personer som l\u00e4tt blir deprimerade. Det finns inga f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga denna sjukdom. N\u00e4stan h\u00e4lften av de patienter som behandlas f\u00f6r depression f\u00e5r dessutom \u00e5terfall. H\u00e4lften av de 424 deltagarna som tidigare hade lidit av depression fick antidepressiva l\u00e4kemedel. Den andra fick tr\u00e4ning i mindfulnessmeditation f\u00f6r att k\u00e4nna igen och hantera negativa tankar och k\u00e4nslor i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att \u00e5terfalla i depression. Utv\u00e4rderingen av <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/25907157\/\">studien av Willem Kuyken<\/a><\/strong> fr\u00e5n Oxford University visade att \u00e5terfallsfrekvensen f\u00f6r de personer som ingick i gruppen med meditativ terapi var 44 %, vilket \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r samma som f\u00f6r de patienter som behandlades med antidepressiva medel. H\u00e4r var \u00e5terfallsfrekvensen 47 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7 tips om hur Ayurveda kan hj\u00e4lpa mot depression<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. \u00c4ndra din kost<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom ayurvedisk medicin i f\u00f6rsta hand \u00e4r f\u00f6rebyggande \u00e4r det viktigt att leda en h\u00e4lsosam livsstil. En kost som \u00e4r anpassad till din dosha skulle vara optimal. H\u00e4r \u00e4r det viktigt att reglera maten och livsstilen p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga s\u00e4tt och att noggrant anpassa den till personens konstitution. Tr\u00e4na mindfulness och meditation<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Din kropp \u00e5terf\u00e5r sin naturliga balans och vardagliga besv\u00e4r upph\u00f6r, vissa kroniska sjukdomar f\u00f6rsvinner, \u00e5ngest och stress minskas, irritation och ilska lugnas. Som n\u00e4mnts ovan visar studier \u2013 det finns faktiskt mer \u00e4n 20 studier fr\u00e5n de senaste sex \u00e5ren \u2013 att mindfulnessbaserad kognitiv terapi, dvs. meditation, \u00e4r en erk\u00e4nd och lovande behandling av depression. Du tr\u00e4nar din hj\u00e4rna att skjuta undan grubblerier och m\u00f6rka tankar och \u00f6ppnar dig sj\u00e4lv och ditt sinne f\u00f6r den positiva inst\u00e4llning som fl\u00f6dar in i ditt liv varje dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du l\u00e4r dig att k\u00e4nna igen dig sj\u00e4lv och frig\u00f6ra dig fr\u00e5n sinnestillst\u00e5nd som k\u00e4nnetecknas av negativa tankem\u00f6nster. Studier visar att daglig mindfulnessmeditation kan ers\u00e4tta antidepressiva l\u00e4kemedel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>3. F\u00e5 tillr\u00e4ckligt med motion p\u00e5 regelbunden basis<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En annan viktig punkt \u00e4r fysisk aktivitet.
