Frihet fr\u00e5n sjukdom beror inom Ayurveda p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 kontakt med v\u00e5rt eget medvetande och balansera kroppen. Varje m\u00e4nniska best\u00e5r av tre kroppstyper som kallas dosharna.<!--more--><br \/>\nDu \u00e4r alla tre dosharna men mest dominerar en eller tv\u00e5 av dem.
